If you’re one of many people these days trying to save gas and money, you can still visit the Port Angeles area and get around easily with the public transportation system the city and area offers. Clallam Transit provides access to the west end (Joyce, Forks, La Push, Clallam Bay) while Olympic Bus Lines provides service to the Seattle area, SeaTac and Port Townsend; with connections to Greyhound and Amtrak sevices. Fares are in effect all day and exact fare is required. (Buses do not operate on Sundays or major holidays.)
