“We have just returned from a trip to your very lovely Washington State.
Besides memories of wildflowers and whales in San Juan;
the Olympic Peninsula and amazing Rialto Beach, we will look back on the kindness of the people we met.
Our last night in Washington we stayed at The Royal Victorian in Port Angeles.
After a safe, comfortable sleep we headed to the ferry to Victoria.
The ferry traffic was heavy, and about 12:15 there was a tap on our car window.
The manager of the Royal Victorian, K.C.Kiesling, had gone through all the vehicles looking for us…hospitality plus!
If you could pass this letter on to the Royal Victorian or a Port Angeles newspaper we would be delighted to think her kindness was recognized.
We loved our trip, and will recommend as a great destination…
