This weekend, July 18-20, is the 12th annual Lavender Festival in Sequim.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10a-6p.  Presented by the Sequim Lavenders Growers Association, this celebration of the joys of lavender is popular and well attended!  If you’d like to spend the entire weekend, there are accommodations in the Sequim area and surroundings - www.olympicpeninsula.org can help.  The price of admission is $15 - this gives unlimited admission to all 8 farms throughout the festival.  Children under 12 are admitted free.  There’s also a street fair (Friday and Saturday 9a-7p, Sunday 9a-6p) with local foods, wines and live music.  Admission to the street fair is free.  Parking is available and a shuttle will be in operation.
