The 26th annual event kicks off at 7 a.m. Aug. 2, with a pancake breakfast and lasts until 3:30 p.m., when raffle winners take home prizes. Joyce is a small community located 15 miles west of Port Angeles on scenic Hwy. 112.
Highlights of the festival include homemade pies with the much-heralded local blackberries, a parade with more than 85 entries, children’s activities, a juried art show, a craft show, salmon bake, vendor’s booths, demonstrations and live entertainment.
