We are a family owned and operated business where our employees are our greatest asset. Our business consists of three main areas: the bakery, meals and beverages.

Bakery-Cafe. Whole Grain Pastries, Breads & Bagels.

We serve Breakfast & Lunch, espressos, coffees, chai, whole leaf teas and ''all fruit'' smoothies. Pick your favorite bagel & favorite creamy shmear. Egg omelets, scrambles, bacon, sausage & honey ham, slow-cooked oatmeal, & wraps. Try our kitchen smoked hickory beef, apple wood pork, pecan turkey breast or mesquite chicken breast on your bagel of choice. Homemade pastrami, soups and large sandwich selection.

We take our food quality so seriously that we make our own bagels, breads, pastries and soups. Our Beef, Pork, Chicken & Salmon is not 'deli' processed meat... it is smoked here under our supervision. Our smoker produces succulent meats, fish and fowl. We do cure our own pastrami and corn our corned beef.

As much as possible... whole grains are used. And we have never used trans-fats or hydrogenated oils.

Our alternative to potato chips are crunchy 'Bagel Chips' which are regular bagels sliced, baked twice with olive oil, Parmesan cheese and herbs . This produces a yummy and crunchy chip. We also offer Kettle chips for the potato lovers.
DID YOU KNOW?We also slow smoke meat, fish, and fowl in our Oklahoma smoker. We use a combination of brining and dry rubs to produce succulent meats used in our meals:
      Chicken Breast with Mesquite
      Turkey Breasts with Cherry-Pecan
      Beef with Hickory
      Pork with Apple
      Wild Salmon with Alder
