National Parks

Port Angeles is the gateway to Olympic National Park. The city's location makes it a natural jumping-off point for the wonders of the Olympics. The park is 922,000 acres of stunning alpine and coastal wilderness. Be sure to see Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, and the Upper Sol Duc.

The Olympic National Forest is over 632,000 acres in size and offers a wide variety of camping, trails, and other recreational opportunities.
