Concerts on the Pier
Sponsored by: Key Bank, Elwha River Casino, Peninsula Daily News, The Port of Port Angeles, and Red Lion Hotel
Every Wednesday evening in the summer (June 28 through September 20), except July 5 (day after the 4th of July Celebration Concerts on the Pier)
at the City Pier in Port Angeles, 6 - 8 pm
The Port Angeles Concerts On The Pier Series starts June 28, and promises a wide variety of family-friendly, high quality, musical performances from both familiar bands and bands new to our local audiences. The low-key atmosphere the City Pier location creates a fun evening, surrounded by water, boats at anchor, and a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountains. This is an outdoor event, so we are prepared to move to the covered Gateway Plaza, one block away, should heavy wind or marginal weather be forecast.
As a much anticipated event in Port Angeles every year, these concerts are provided free of charge to the entire community, with many thanks to our sponsors. As in the past, vendors, including the popular Hot Dog Cafe, will be available on the pier, and this year are introducing a "beer garden" for this year as well. Also, you can stop by one of the many awesome restaurants in Port Angeles beforehand for an early dinner, or get your meal to go and bring it with you to the City Pier. We recommend you also bring a chairs and blankets, as well as additional friends and family to share the summer fun and entertainment.
City Pier is a no smoking environment.
