A big weekend for Port Angeles
This past weekend was a big weekend for Port Angeles. Saturday marked the official start of the removal of the two dams blocking the flow of the Elwha River, and the Sprint Boat races were held
at the new Extreme Sport Park where over 8,000 people enjoyed the perfect day of racing.

OLYMPIC PENINSULA FLY FISHING SHOW
The Olympic Peninsula Fly Fishing Show features all aspects of fly fishing. There will be presentations by Skip Morris a world renowned fisherman, speaker and author. Presentations will focus on fishing Washington lakes and streams. Fly rod building, fly tying demonstrations plus exhibitors will show the latest and best in equipment, boats, guides and destinations. The show will take place at the Sequim Boys And Girls Club, April 9 from 11AM-6PM and April 10 10AM-4PM. The cost is $10.00 for Adults and free to children under 10.
