The City's Parks & Recreation Master Plan provides the guiding framework for determining what City parks and recreation programs will be like in the future. The success of future programs and facilities relies heavily on the City planning for what the community needs and wants. As part of the 2011 Master Plan Update, the Recreation Division is asking citizens to share their opinions by participating in a web survey. Citizens' opinions are important when forming this plan and this survey is another opportunity for citizens to share their opinions and ideas with the city. "Citizen input is essential and this survey is probably the easiest and most convenient avenue for a person to express their opinion regarding the future of our City's Parks and Recreation Divisions," stated Richard Bonine, Recreation Services Manager. The survey is open until January 10, 2011 via the City of Port Angeles website at www.cityofpa.us/recreation.htm, or visit: www.surveymonkey.com/s/R856T87 For more information contact Richard Bonine at 360-417-4551 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
