    This month at Clallam Resilience Project's monthly community meeting, Rachel Ray, Coalition Coordinator from the Port Angeles Healthy Youth Coalition, introduces important conceptual and practical distinctions between what works and what does not work in substance use disorder prevention. Particular emphasis will be placed on what youth substance use prevention is and why it matters. The science behind prevention will be outlined and some brief prevention strategies will be discussed.
