Crestwood Health and Rehabilitation Center has been serving Clallam County since 1968. Our facility has a spectacular view of the Strait of Juan De Fuca and the Olympic Mountains. Olympic Memorial Hospital is within one mile of our location. Our center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
