Volunteer Opportunities

Nearly everything the Chamber produces, operates, organizes, and provides is made possible because of community-minded volunteers.  The members of our Board of Directors, the locals who staff our Visitor Center, and our Chamber Ambassadors are all volunteers.  Our numerous events and activities, from Ride the Hurricane, to the Annual Community Awards, to the weeks- long Winter Ice Village, and many other events and festivals, are staffed and supported by local volunteers.  Together, they represent thousands of hours of volunteer time.  We are grateful, honored, and amazed for the services provided through the Chamber by volunteers.   If you are interested in getting involved, we assure you that you will enjoy the work as much as everyone else does, so contact us and we’ll find the right spot for you.
